How does the trade-in work?

The trade-in allows customers with outdated technology to trade their unit in to the latest in GPS technology with the latest maps for a discounted price.

To trade your old unit in, you simply need to choose which one of the new MY/EZY series units you would like to purchase and then purchase your selection through the online store. Once you have made your purchase, fill in the trade in form that will be emailed to you and then post the form and the old unit to us.

Once the old unit is received, your brand new MY/EZY series unit will be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days.

Please note that trade-ins can not be done in person at either location. The units must be posted in. Navman recommends that you send the unit by registered post to ensure that it arrives. Navman will not be held liable for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
