Can I trade my unit in at a retailer?

The trade in offer can only be completed through the online store. All units must be returned to the Online Store address with a NMS number and shipping details.

Please note that trade-ins can not be done in person at either location. The units must be posted in. MiTAC recommends that you send the unit by registered post to ensure that it arrives. MiTAC will not be held liable for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
