Hard reset for MOVE-EZY-MY Series 2012+

If you have a MOVE30, MOVE50, MOVE55, MOVE60LM
MY300LMT, MY350LMT, MY400LMT, MY450LMT, MY600LMT, MY550LMT, or MY650LMMT.
and the device has frozen or become unresponsive whilst in use, you can follow the instructions below to reset your device.

The top power button is simply for turning the unit on and off, or to turn the screen on and off to conserve battery life.
To turn the unit on or off, simply hold the top button down for 5 seconds.

To turn the screen on or off, simply hold down on the top button for 2 seconds and release.

If your device becomes unresponsive or freezes during use, you can perform a hard reset to your device.
To hard reset the device, you need to insert a small pin into the back of the unit into the circle opening on the back bottom right corner of the unit (opposite end of the speaker). Press the button down for 2 seconds and the unit will reset.

If you have an EZY270LMT, MY TRUCK 2 OR MY ESCAPE 3, hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds, wait 5 seconds and then turn on the device again by pressing the power button.

Please note that by performing this hard reset, it will not delete any saved information from the device.
