If you have an EZY30, EZY40, EZY15, EZY45, MY500XT, MY55, MY50, MY60T, MY65T, MY75T, MY80T, MY85XLT, MY90XLT and the device has frozen or become unresponsive whilst in use, slide the power button all the way to the right. This is the hard reset position.
Leave the unit in the Reset position for 5 seconds before turning the unit on by sliding the power button all the way to the left.
If you have a MY TRUCK, MY ESCAPE or MY ESCAPE 2, hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds, wait 5 seconds and then turn on the device again by pressing the power button.
Please note that by performing this hard reset, it will not delete any saved information from the device.
