Uploading Recordings via CycloAgent

Cyclo 100 series

1. Connect unit via USB to PC

2. Select “Yes” to “Connect to PC”



3. Launch Cyclo Agent and log in with your account details.

4. If prompted, Register your Cyclo device to your account



5. On the device, it will display “Training Data Sending....” indicates that the recordings are being uploaded.



On CycloAgent It will display the below.



Do not click Stop unless you want to interrupt the upload process.



Once all Recordings having been uploaded, the “View my Data” button will be clickable on Cyclo Agent.



On the device, it will display “Training Data Sent”

Depending on the amount and size of the recordings, the uploading time may vary. Please wait for the device to display”Training Data Sent” or “Training Data Deleted” (dependent on your upload settings) and for “View My Data” button to become clickable on Cyclo Agent before your check your recordings on magellancyclo.com

Cyclo 500 Series

1. Connect unit via USB to PC

2. Tap on “Connect to PC”

3. Launch Cyclo Agent and log in with your account details.

4. If prompted, Register your Cyclo device to your account



5. On CycloAgent It will display the below to indicate the recordings are being uploaded.



Do not click Stop unless you want to interrupt the upload process.



Once all Recordings having been uploaded, the “View my Data” button will be clickable on Cyclo Agent.



Depending on the amount and size of the recordings, the uploading time may vary. Please wait for the “View My Data” button to become clickable on Cyclo Agent before your check your recordings on magellancyclo.com

Troubleshooting

- If Cyclo Agent does detect the device on the first connection, unplug the device, close down Cyclo Agent by right clicking in the bottom right corner, and select “Exit CycloAgent”. Launch CycloAgent and try again.

- If uploads don”t appear after the first attempt, unlpug the deevice, close down Cyclo Agent by right clicking in the bottom right corner on Cyclo Agent icon and select “Exit CycloAgent”. Launch CycloAgent and try again.



- Ensure the USB cable is connected direct to your computer, not via a USB hub

- For Cyclo 500/505 devices, check My Computer to see if MGN_SYSTEM & MGN_DATA drives appear, if they don”t it indicates there is a USB connction issue, restart your computer.
