Echo or Echo Fit is Frozen, Can I reset It?

Enter “Searching” mode and press down on all 4 buttons at once to perform a hard reset on your device. It will prompt “Factory Reset” on the screen.
Please note if this reset is performed, it will remove the currently sync and paired smartphone.
You will need to resync and pair the echo with your smartphone again.
